NATIONAL NEWS: NSPCA and police arrest suspects for animal cruelty

The NSPCA and SAPS raided a property in Lawley where they arrested six people after an alleged dog fight on Saturday, December 10.

The Lenasia Rising Sun said that according to their Facebook page,  24 dogs were seized after the NSPCA team discovered what they described as “a bloody scene of horrifically injured dogs.”

The dogs were moved to an undisclosed location for safety and veterinary assistance, said the Lenasia Rising Sun.
